The Reclamation, Restoration, Reconciliation:

Of all people regardless of nationality, race, color, creed, ethnic background, gender, or class, through preaching and teaching of the word and through administration of social services. 

To foster a united Biblical Multi-Ethnic community of Christ-Loving relationships whose Kingdom Citizens daily and devoutly love, follow and model Christ, and respond appropriately to His sovereignty over their lives through Powerful, Christ-Centered Bible Studies and Spiritual worship.
